New study abroad in Japan this summer
Park University has recently partnered with Kansai Gaidai University. The school is in Osaka, Japan, and is a private, nonprofit institution just like Park.
The partnership will result in a new exchange program for Park students that will take place this summer.
The deadline for the exchange program is March 1. It will be a six-week course. They are offering a variety of courses for students to pick from, more than 60 in social sciences, business, economics, and Japan- and Asian-related studies. All these courses will have English-speaking professors.
This will be the second program that is taking place in Japan for Park this year. The first is a staff-led trip as part of a 16-week class on the Parkville campus. This trip is taking place during spring break, March 10-18.
It is too late to sign up for the spring break trip, but are more traveling experiences. Park University’s study abroad offices have an abundance of different choices to fit student interests and studies.
There are many options to travel around the world and be able to study with a new perspective, meet new people and experience new cultures.
Any interested students should get in contact with the study abroad staff. They can be reached at [email protected].
Your donation will support the student journalists of Park University. Your contribution will allow us to cover our annual website hosting costs, freeing up other funds for equipment, printing and training.
